SECTION 1: GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. C4 VIBEZ LTD provides event-related services throughout the United Kingdom and at other agreed locations.

1.2. All services are subject to availability, suitable venue conditions, operational requirements and applicable legislation.

1.3. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or proposed booking before a contract has been formed for legitimate commercial, operational, legal or safety reasons.

1.4. All services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

1.5. Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate reasonably with the Company to facilitate the agreed services.

SECTION 2: ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS

2.1. Enquiries do not constitute confirmed bookings.

2.2. Quotations are prepared based on the event date, venue, duration, services, equipment and other information provided.

2.3. All quotations remain subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.

2.4. Changes to the Client's requirements may result in revised pricing.

2.5. A quotation does not reserve an event date unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

2.6. Any quotation validity period or temporary reservation will be communicated to the Client.

SECTION 3: BOOKING CONFIRMATION

3.1. Following acceptance of a quotation, the Company will normally issue an electronic Booking Agreement through PandaDoc, DocuSign or another appropriate electronic signature platform.

3.2. The Booking Agreement will specify the services, event details, agreed charges and applicable payment arrangements.

3.3. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, a booking is confirmed once the Booking Agreement has been accepted by the Company, the required electronic signatures have been completed and any agreed deposit has been received.

3.4. Where the agreed deposit is £0, no deposit payment is required for confirmation.

3.5. A verbal discussion, quotation or provisional reservation does not automatically guarantee availability.

3.6. Once a booking is confirmed, the Company will reserve the agreed services for the specified event date and make reasonable preparations for delivery.

3.7. The Client must check the Booking Agreement carefully and notify the Company promptly of any inaccuracies.

3.8. Electronic signatures and communications may be used to enter into and administer agreements, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 4: PRICES & QUOTATIONS

4.1. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP), unless otherwise agreed.

4.2. The total booking price will be specified in the individual Booking Agreement.

4.3. Applicable VAT and compulsory charges will be disclosed where relevant.

4.4. The Company may revise its advertised prices for future bookings without prior notice.

4.5. Confirmed booking prices will not be increased without an applicable contractual basis or the Client's agreement.

4.6. Additional services or changes requested after confirmation may incur further charges, which will be communicated for agreement.

SECTION 5: DEPOSITS & BOOKING FEES

5.1. A deposit may be required to reserve an event date and secure the agreed services.

5.2. Deposit amounts vary depending on the services, event value, date and other booking requirements.

5.3. The deposit amount, including where no deposit is required, will be specified in the Booking Agreement.

5.4. Any deposit paid will normally be deducted from the total booking price.

5.5. Deposits may contribute towards the reservation of services, administration, preparation and commitments made in anticipation of the event.

5.6. Where a Client cancels, the Company may retain a reasonable amount reflecting its legitimate losses, including reasonable costs and lost booking opportunities, subject to applicable consumer law.

5.7. Deposits are not automatically forfeited in circumstances where retaining the full amount would be unfair or disproportionate.

5.8. Any amount retained will be taken into account when calculating the Client's overall cancellation liability.

SECTION 6: PAYMENT TERMS

6.1. Unless otherwise agreed in the Booking Agreement, the outstanding balance must be paid no later than 1 calendar day before the event.

6.2. Payments may be made by bank transfer or cash where agreed.

6.3. Payment instructions will be provided in the Booking Agreement or accompanying invoice.

6.4. Clients are responsible for making payments by the agreed deadline.

6.5. Where payment is overdue, the Company may request immediate payment and take reasonable steps to recover sums lawfully due.

6.6. Where non-payment constitutes a material breach, the Company may suspend or cancel services after providing an appropriate opportunity to remedy the breach where practicable.

6.7. Any late-payment charge must comply with applicable law and must not amount to an unfair or disproportionate penalty.

6.8. Additional charges arising from agreed services or reasonable additional costs will normally be payable within 7 calendar days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

SECTION 7: CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

7.1. Clients wishing to cancel a booking must notify C4 VIBEZ in writing by email or another agreed written communication method.

7.2. Cancellation takes effect when the written notice is received by the Company, unless a later date is expressly agreed.

7.3. The Company will acknowledge cancellation as soon as reasonably practicable.

7.4. Cancellation may result in charges reflecting the Company's reasonable net losses arising from the cancellation.

7.5. Relevant losses may include reasonable administration and preparation costs, non-recoverable supplier commitments, staff and equipment reservations and the loss of a realistic opportunity to accept replacement work.

7.6. Where cancellation occurs close to the event date, including within 10 calendar days, the Company's reasonable losses may be substantial because staffing, equipment and other arrangements may already have been committed.

7.7. The Company will take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable losses and will account for costs saved or replacement bookings obtained.

7.8. A cancellation charge will not automatically equal the entire booking value merely because cancellation occurs within a specified number of days.

7.9. Deposits and advance payments will be credited against any cancellation charges properly due.

7.10. Where payments exceed the amount lawfully recoverable, the difference will be refunded within a reasonable period.

7.11. The Company may provide a reasonable explanation of the cancellation calculation upon request.

7.12. Nothing in this section affects any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights.

7.13. STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Certain contracts for leisure activities and related event services to be provided on a specified date or during a specified period may be exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation period applicable to some distance contracts, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where an exemption applies, the Client will not have an automatic 14-day cooling-off right merely because the booking was made online, by telephone or electronically.

Where a statutory cancellation right does apply, the Company will honour that right. Any cancellation charges outside those statutory rights must remain fair, reasonable and proportionate to the Company's legitimate losses.

SECTION 8: CANCELLATION BY C4 VIBEZ

8.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to honour every confirmed booking.

8.2. If the Company becomes unable to provide the agreed services, it will notify the Client as soon as reasonably practicable.

8.3. Where appropriate, the Company may propose an alternative supplier, performer, equipment arrangement or revised service.

8.4. The Client will not be required to accept a materially different service without agreement.

8.5. Where the Company cancels for reasons not attributable to the Client, appropriate refunds will be provided, without prejudice to the Client's statutory rights and other remedies available under applicable law.

8.6. The Company may terminate or suspend services for serious safety concerns, unlawful activity, material non-payment or other material breaches, where reasonable and lawful.

8.7. Any amounts retained or recovered following cancellation caused by the Client's breach must be reasonable and legally recoverable.

SECTION 9: BOOKING AMENDMENTS

9.1. Requests to change the event date, venue, timing or services must be submitted as early as reasonably possible.

9.2. All amendments are subject to availability and agreement.

9.3. Where a change of date is accepted, an administration charge of up to £50 may apply, provided it reasonably reflects the work involved and is agreed before the amendment is made.

9.4. Changes to venue location may result in additional travel, transport or staffing charges.

9.5. Any adjustments to previously agreed travel charges will be considered fairly, including relevant savings and costs already incurred.

9.6. Where a proposed amendment cannot be accommodated, the original booking will remain in place unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms.

9.7. All approved amendments must be confirmed in writing.

SECTION 10: VENUE REQUIREMENTS

10.1. The Client must ensure that the venue is suitable for the agreed services.

10.2. Equipment must be installed in a clean, stable, dry and safe environment unless suitable alternative arrangements have been agreed.

10.3. Where applicable, the Client must provide a suitable 13A electrical supply within approximately 5 metres of the designated equipment location.

10.4. Some services may require additional electrical capacity, suitable ceiling clearance, rigging facilities or specific installation arrangements.

10.5. The Client must disclose any relevant venue restrictions before the event.

10.6. Sufficient space must be available for equipment installation, operation, guest movement and dismantling.

10.7. The Company may decline to install or operate equipment where significant safety risks exist.

10.8. Where practicable, the Client will be given an opportunity to resolve unsuitable conditions.

10.9. Where the Client's failure to provide agreed facilities prevents service delivery, the Company may recover reasonable losses arising from that failure, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 11: PARKING, LOADING & ACCESS

11.1. The Client must communicate all relevant venue access and loading arrangements.

11.2. Suitable loading access and parking must be arranged where reasonably necessary to deliver the agreed services.

11.3. Where parking, tolls, congestion charges or other access costs are payable by the Client, these will be disclosed and agreed where reasonably foreseeable.

11.4. Additional reasonable costs arising from previously undisclosed restrictions may be recoverable where properly incurred and evidenced.

11.5. The Company will take reasonable steps to minimise unnecessary additional costs.

SECTION 12: SET-UP & PACK-DOWN

12.1. The agreed service duration and applicable set-up and dismantling arrangements will be confirmed before the event.

12.2. Clients must ensure access is available at the agreed times.

12.3. Requests for unusually early installation, extended waiting periods or delayed collection may incur additional charges.

12.4. Where the Company cannot dismantle or remove equipment at the agreed time because of circumstances within the Client's reasonable control, reasonable additional costs may be charged.

12.5. Such charges will reflect the additional work or expense actually involved.

SECTION 13: OVERTIME & ADDITIONAL SERVICES

13.1. Requests to extend DJ performances, photobooth hire or other services are subject to availability and the Company's agreement.

13.2. Applicable overtime rates may be specified in the individual Booking Agreement.

13.3. Unless otherwise agreed, approved overtime must be paid for before the additional service period begins.

13.4. The Company may decline an extension where staffing, venue restrictions, equipment availability or other operational considerations prevent it.

13.5. Any additional service charges will be confirmed before the extension is accepted wherever reasonably practicable.

SECTION 14: EQUIPMENT OWNERSHIP & DAMAGE

14.1. All hired equipment remains the property of C4 VIBEZ or the relevant equipment owner.

14.2. The Client must not move, modify, dismantle or permit unauthorised operation of equipment.

14.3. The Client must take reasonable steps to protect equipment from misuse, interference or damage.

14.4. The Client may be liable for loss or damage resulting from their own negligence, misuse or contractual breach, including conduct by others for whom they are legally responsible.

14.5. The Client will not automatically be responsible for ordinary wear and tear, pre-existing faults or damage caused by the Company's negligence.

14.6. Where liability is established, reasonable repair costs or fair replacement costs may be recovered.

14.7. Any replacement charge will take account of the equipment's condition, age and value.

14.8. The Company may provide supporting evidence of the damage and costs claimed.

SECTION 15: HEALTH & SAFETY

15.1. The Company will take reasonable steps to maintain safe working conditions and comply with applicable health and safety obligations.

15.2. Clients must provide a reasonably safe environment for staff, suppliers and guests.

15.3. Equipment must be used in accordance with reasonable safety instructions.

15.4. The Company may suspend or discontinue an activity where serious safety concerns arise.

15.5. Where reasonably practicable, the Client will be given an opportunity to address the concern.

15.6. Children must be appropriately supervised when using equipment, including 360 photobooths.

15.7. Nothing in this section excludes the Company's responsibility for its own negligence or statutory safety obligations.

SECTION 16: DJ HIRE & ENTERTAINMENT

16.1. DJ and entertainment services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed Booking Agreement.

16.2. Clients should communicate important music requests, event timings and special requirements in advance.

16.3. The Company will use reasonable efforts to accommodate suitable requests.

16.4. The Company cannot guarantee the availability of every requested song or performance element.

16.5. Clients must notify the Company of relevant venue sound restrictions, curfews and entertainment limitations.

16.6. Where an agreed performer becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company may propose a suitable replacement.

16.7. Material changes will be discussed with the Client where practicable, and applicable contractual and statutory rights will be respected.

SECTION 17: PHOTO-BOOTHS, DIGITAL KIOSKS & PHOTOGRAPHY

17.1. Photobooth and photography services will be provided according to the agreed booking specification.

17.2. The Client must ensure adequate space and suitable conditions for safe operation.

17.3. Guests must follow reasonable instructions provided by the Company or its attendants.

17.4. The Company may restrict equipment use where guest behaviour presents a safety concern.

17.5. Photographs and videos will be captured and processed with reasonable care and skill.

17.6. The method of digital delivery may include QR codes, AirDrop, digital downloads or other agreed methods.

17.7. Delivery times may depend on technical requirements, connectivity and file processing.

17.8. Where technical difficulties occur, the Company will take reasonable steps to provide the agreed material or an appropriate remedy.

17.9. The provisions of this section apply to all photography, videography and interactive image-capture services provided by the Company, including 360 photobooths, Magic Mirrors, Vogue booths, digital photo kiosks, instant-print photography stations and any similar equipment introduced in the future.

17.10. Where printing, digital sharing, interactive displays or other features are included, these will be provided in accordance with the agreed booking specification. The availability of particular features may depend on suitable power supplies, connectivity, consumables and equipment compatibility.

17.11. The Company will take reasonable steps to address technical faults and minimise disruption. Where an agreed feature cannot be provided, the Client's contractual and statutory rights to an appropriate remedy will remain unaffected.

17.12. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS

Where photography, photobooth, digital kiosk or other related services are supplied directly by C4 VIBEZ LTD, the Company shall remain responsible for delivering those services in accordance with the agreed Booking Agreement and applicable law. Where such services are operated by an independent third-party supplier, that supplier shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation, staffing, maintenance, technical support and safe use of its own equipment. The Company will communicate any essential venue, power or connectivity requirements to the Client where reasonably practicable.

17.13. TECHNICAL DISRUPTIONS AND SUPPLIER COMPLAINTS

Where technical disruption, equipment malfunction, software failure or service interruption arises from equipment operated by an independent third-party supplier, the supplier will ordinarily be responsible for investigating and resolving the operational issue. The Client should initially raise any concerns with the supplier's representative at the event, where available, to allow the issue to be addressed promptly. Where the supplier is unable to resolve the matter, the Client may also contact C4 VIBEZ LTD, which will assist with communication and coordination where appropriate. Each independent supplier shall remain responsible for its own acts, omissions, negligence and legal obligations. Nothing in this section excludes any contractual or statutory responsibility that C4 VIBEZ LTD may owe to the Client where the relevant service forms part of a package contracted through the Company.

SECTION 18: PHOTO/VIDEOGRAPHY & MARKETING PERMISSION

18.1. Photographs and videos may contain identifiable personal information and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

18.2. Booking a service does not automatically authorise the Company to use identifiable images of the Client or guests for advertising.

18.3. Where consent is the applicable legal basis for promotional use, the Company will obtain appropriate separate permission from the individuals concerned.

18.4. Promotional use may include the Company's website, social media, portfolios and other specified marketing channels.

18.5. A Client cannot automatically grant marketing consent on behalf of every guest attending an event.

18.6. Additional care will be taken where children appear in photographs or videos.

18.7. Where processing relies on consent, individuals may withdraw that consent in accordance with applicable law.

18.8. The Company may use images of its equipment, event installations and décor for promotional purposes where lawful and subject to any necessary permissions.

18.9. Copyright and any applicable customer licence arrangements for professional photography will be addressed in the relevant booking terms where necessary.

SECTION 19: SOUND, LIGHTING & STAGING

19.1. Sound, lighting, staging and audiovisual equipment will be supplied in accordance with the agreed specification.

19.2. Clients must disclose relevant venue restrictions and technical requirements.

19.3. Complex installations may require technical assessments, suitable power supplies, rigging facilities or additional safety measures.

19.4. Equipment must not be operated by unauthorised individuals.

19.5. Where equipment substitution becomes necessary, the Company may propose reasonably equivalent alternatives.

19.6. Material reductions or changes to the agreed service will require appropriate consultation and agreement.

19.7. This section also applies to LED video walls, digital signage, projection systems, interactive displays, special effects and any additional audiovisual or event-production equipment introduced by the Company.

19.8. The Client must provide accurate information about venue access, available electrical capacity, installation surfaces, dimensions and relevant restrictions. Any specialist technical requirements will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.

SECTION 20: EVENT DÉCOR & FOOD SERVICES

20.1. Décor, balloon installations, feature walls, waffle carts and other services will be provided in accordance with the agreed specification.

20.2. Minor variations in decorative materials or finishes may occur due to availability, provided the agreed overall standard is maintained.

20.3. Material substitutions will be discussed with the Client where reasonably practicable.

20.4. Where food is supplied, applicable food safety and allergen information requirements will be observed.

20.5. Clients should communicate known dietary or allergen requirements in advance.

20.6. The Company will not claim that a food service is allergen-free unless that assurance can properly be provided.

20.7. These provisions also apply to additional food stations, dessert carts, catering arrangements, decorative installations and associated event services introduced by the Company, subject to any specific requirements agreed for the booking.

20.8. Where a service is provided by an independent supplier, the Company's responsibilities will depend on whether C4 VIBEZ LTD is acting as the contracting service provider or solely as an intermediary, as explained in Section 21.

SECTION 21: THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

21.1. The Company may engage independent suppliers, performers and subcontractors in connection with event delivery.

21.2. Where the Company contracts directly to supply a service, it remains responsible for its contractual obligations notwithstanding the use of subcontractors.

21.3. Where the Company acts solely as an intermediary or introducer, this arrangement will be explained before the Client enters into the relevant contract.

21.4. Any applicable third-party contractual terms will be disclosed where relevant.

21.5. The Company will take reasonable care in coordinating services it has agreed to manage.

21.6. Where the Company arranges additional services through third-party suppliers, the Client will be informed where reasonably practicable whether the Company is providing and managing those services under its own contract or introducing the Client to an independent supplier with whom the Client will contract directly.

21.7. SERVICES OPERATED BY C4 VIBEZ LTD

Services supplied directly by C4 VIBEZ LTD shall ordinarily be delivered by the Company's own staff or authorised personnel, unless the agreed service is provided as unattended or self-operated equipment hire. C4 VIBEZ LTD shall remain responsible for its contractual and statutory obligations relating to services it directly supplies.

21.8. INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY VENDORS

C4 VIBEZ LTD may arrange services through independent third-party businesses, including entertainers, caterers, decorators, photographers, audiovisual providers and other event-related suppliers. Such suppliers operate as independent businesses and may provide their services using their own employees, equipment, branding, uniforms and operational procedures. Independent suppliers shall be responsible for managing their own staff, equipment, operational standards, health and safety obligations and compliance with applicable legislation.

21.9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES INCLUDED IN EVENT PACKAGES

Where a Client books multiple services through C4 VIBEZ LTD, the Company may issue a consolidated quotation or invoice and collect payment on behalf of the overall booking arrangements. The inclusion of an independent supplier's services within a consolidated quotation, invoice or event package does not, by itself, determine whether the supplier or C4 VIBEZ LTD is the contracting service provider. The contractual arrangements and responsibilities shall depend on the terms agreed with the Client and the actual nature of the transaction. Where C4 VIBEZ LTD is the contracting provider of a service, the Company shall remain responsible for its contractual obligations, including where delivery is subcontracted to an independent vendor.

21.10. SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE AND COMPLAINTS

Independent third-party suppliers shall be responsible for investigating and addressing operational issues arising from their own services, including staff conduct, equipment malfunction, technical faults and failures to meet their applicable obligations. Clients are encouraged to report supplier-specific concerns directly to the relevant supplier in the first instance, particularly where an issue can be resolved during the event. Where C4 VIBEZ LTD is the contracting service provider, Clients may also raise complaints or pursue applicable contractual remedies directly with the Company. C4 VIBEZ LTD may liaise with the relevant supplier to investigate concerns and facilitate an appropriate resolution.

21.11. SUPPLIER NEGLIGENCE, DAMAGE AND INSURANCE

Independent suppliers shall remain responsible, to the extent required by law, for injury, loss or damage caused by their own negligence, employees, equipment or unlawful conduct. C4 VIBEZ LTD may require independent suppliers to maintain appropriate insurance, licences, qualifications and safety documentation relevant to the services provided. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or restrict any liability that C4 VIBEZ LTD independently owes under applicable law.

21.12. RECOVERY OF LOSSES FROM SUPPLIERS

Where C4 VIBEZ LTD incurs reasonable costs, losses, refunds or other liabilities arising from an independent supplier's breach of its obligations, the Company reserves the right to seek reimbursement or other remedies from that supplier where legally or contractually entitled. Any such recovery shall be governed by the applicable agreement between C4 VIBEZ LTD and the supplier and relevant law.

21.13. DIRECT CONTRACTS WITH SUPPLIERS

Where C4 VIBEZ LTD acts solely as an introducer or disclosed booking agent and the Client enters into a separate contract with an independent supplier, the supplier shall ordinarily be responsible for fulfilling that contract and handling related contractual complaints, refunds and claims. The identity of the contracting supplier and the nature of C4 VIBEZ LTD's role will be made clear to the Client before the relevant agreement is entered into. This provision shall not exclude liability arising from C4 VIBEZ LTD's own negligence, misrepresentation or other legal obligations.

SECTION 22: CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

22.1. Events beyond reasonable control may affect the Company's ability to deliver services.

22.2. Such circumstances may include severe weather, significant transport disruption, emergency restrictions, major power failures or unexpected venue closure.

22.3. The affected party must notify the other as soon as reasonably practicable.

22.4. Both parties will consider reasonable alternative arrangements, including rescheduling where appropriate.

22.5. Where performance becomes impossible, the parties' rights concerning refunds, payments and any recoverable costs will be determined by applicable law and the circumstances.

22.6. This section does not automatically entitle the Company to retain all advance payments or exclude liability where the law provides otherwise.

SECTION 23: COMPLAINTS & SERVICE STANDARDS

23.1. The Company aims to provide professional and reliable services.

23.2. Clients should raise concerns as soon as reasonably possible to allow the Company an opportunity to investigate.

23.3. Complaints may be submitted to info@c4vibez.com.

23.4. Complaints will be considered fairly and responded to within a reasonable period.

23.5. Where a service fails to meet applicable legal standards, the Client may be entitled to appropriate statutory remedies.

23.6. Nothing in this section restricts statutory consumer rights.

SECTION 24: LIABILITY

24.1. The Company shall be responsible for losses caused by its breach of contract or negligence to the extent required by law.

24.2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24.3. Subject to applicable law, the Company will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

24.4. The Company will not be responsible for losses caused solely by matters outside its reasonable control, subject to its legal obligations.

24.5. Any limitation applicable to business-to-business contracts will operate only to the extent permitted by law.

24.6. Consumers retain their statutory rights to remedies where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.

24.7. INDEPENDENT SUPPLIERS

Where the Client contracts directly with an independent third-party supplier, that supplier shall be responsible for its own contractual performance and any liability arising from its acts or omissions, subject to applicable law. C4 VIBEZ LTD shall not assume responsibility for an independent supplier's separate contractual obligations solely by making an introduction. This provision shall not exclude or restrict any liability that C4 VIBEZ LTD may independently owe to the Client under applicable law or a separate agreement.

SECTION 25: CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

25.1. Clients must provide accurate event details and notify the Company of material changes.

25.2. Clients must cooperate reasonably with agreed venue access, installation and safety requirements.

25.3. Clients must obtain any venue permissions or approvals they have expressly agreed to arrange.

25.4. Clients must not knowingly provide misleading information affecting the Company's ability to deliver services.

25.5. The Client may be liable for reasonable and legally recoverable losses arising from a material breach of their contractual obligations.

SECTION 26: WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

26.1. Content on www.c4vibez.com, including logos, photographs, designs and written materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights.

26.2. Users must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

26.3. The Company takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate website information.

26.4. Website photographs may be illustrative, but essential service characteristics will not knowingly be misrepresented.

26.5. Users must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious software or use the website unlawfully.

26.6. Links to independent third-party websites may be provided for convenience.

SECTION 27: DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

27.1. Personal information collected through enquiries and bookings will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

27.2. The Company's Privacy Policy provides further information about the collection, use, retention and protection of personal data.

27.3. Information may be shared with relevant service providers where lawful and reasonably necessary to fulfil agreed services.

27.4. Data protection enquiries may be directed to info@c4vibez.com.

SECTION 28: PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

28.1. The Company may consider price matching for materially equivalent services offered by eligible UK-based businesses.

28.2. Requests must be made before the booking is confirmed.

28.3. Competing quotations must be genuine, current and verifiable.

28.4. Services must be comparable in quality, equipment, staffing, duration and contractual conditions.

28.5. The comparison will include applicable VAT and compulsory charges.

28.6. Temporary promotional offers, clearance discounts and unverified quotations may be excluded.

28.7. Travel, accommodation and other additional costs will be considered on a like-for-like basis.

28.8. Price matching is discretionary and subject to the Company's approval.

28.9. The Company may amend or withdraw this guarantee for future quotations without affecting an already agreed booking.

SECTION 29: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

29.1. The Company may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect operational or legal changes.

29.2. The current version will be published on www.c4vibez.com.

29.3. Updated website terms will not automatically replace those applicable to an existing confirmed booking.

29.4. Material changes to an existing contract require an appropriate contractual basis or agreement.

29.5. Clients are encouraged to retain the version applicable to their booking.

SECTION 30: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

30.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

30.2. Both parties will endeavour to resolve disputes through reasonable communication.

30.3. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may pursue remedies through the appropriate courts.

30.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another competent court.

30.5. Legal costs may be recovered only where permitted by applicable law, relevant court rules or an enforceable contractual provision.

SECTION 31: ENTIRE AGREEMENT & CONTACT INFORMATION

31.1. These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable signed Booking Agreement and any agreed written variations, form the contractual documentation governing the booking.

31.2. Specific booking details expressly agreed in the Booking Agreement will take precedence over general website wording where appropriate and lawful.

31.3. Nothing in the Booking Agreement or these Terms & Conditions shall override mandatory statutory consumer protections.

31.4. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply so far as legally permissible.

31.5. A failure to enforce a contractual right on one occasion does not automatically prevent its enforcement on another.
