You can contact us on the Enquiry toolbox on our 'CONTACT' page. Please enter your details in the subject field. In the subject field, please insert a contact number, along with your query.

Our Bookings

Given the amount of bookings we process, the availability of any bookings is always subject to change. The best way to stay up to date on is to follow our social channels.

Currency

If you are accessing from the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, prices will be shown in GBP and paid in GBP unless agreed otherwise.

Payment

We currently accept payment by Cash and bank to bank Faster Payment transfers (This can change at any point, so please check by sending in your enquiry). Upon receiving your enquiry and you are ready to book, we may carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your booking is placed. We cannot guarantee booking unless the deposit has been paid.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email and/or sms or even a phone call after you place your booking. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox - this sometimes can take upto 24 hours for the email to arrive. Please review the order confirmation and contact us if you see any errors. 

Booking status

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to ten business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your booking is placed. A 'Processing' status means that your booking has not yet been confirmed.
